Yuki brings over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in the finance role having worked for an IPO advisory firm, start-up companies, and an alternative investment firm.  Before joining SBI, she provided IPO related advisory helping clients IPO on the US capital markets at an affiliate of Boustead Securities, LLC, a boutique investment bank based in the U.S.  Prior to that, she was providing interim CFO/controller services towards multiple start-up companies managing accounting, finance, HR, and administration etc. in Singapore.  She began her career at Cerberus Japan K.K., an affiliate of American global alternative investment firm where she spent 8 years performing due diligence and valuation of distressed assets in Japan.

Yuki holds a Bachelor of Economics from Keio University (Japan) and a US CPA license.
